Brand New 48x40
Our New 48x40 pallets are built from fresh, high-quality lumber and manufactured to exact GMA standards. These pallets offer maximum strength, consistency, and durability for demanding shipping environments. Ideal for businesses requiring uniform sizing, compliant stacking, and repeated use in automated or high-throughput operations.
Best for: food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, government supply, high-volume distribution.
Grade A 48x40
Grade A pallets have been previously used but are repaired to a neat, consistent, and structurally solid condition. They contain no broken boards and feature clean top decking with tight, strong joints and minimal wear. This is the most popular option for companies wanting a reliable pallet at a lower cost than new.
Best for: warehouses, general distribution, consumer goods, and repeat shipping cycles.
Grade B 48x40
Grade B pallets maintain full load-bearing strength but show more visible wear, such as older lumber or single stringer repairs. While cosmetic appearance differs, they remain functional, dependable, and cost-effective for everyday material handling and shipping.
